**Job Opportunity:**We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive shopping experience for new and expectant parents.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Foster a positive shopping experience by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organized.
  • Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
**Requirements:**
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards in customer service and store presentation.
  • Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
