Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable data architectures using Microsoft stack technologies, specifically SQL Managed Instance, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory.
- Develop and maintain high-quality SQL code, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relevant documentation, including detailed designs, technical configuration documents, and build and support guides.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Microsoft stack technologies, specifically SQL Managed Instance, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.
- High level of competency with SQL programming.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in data analysis, data engineering, or data management.
- Ability to build the technical capability and knowledge of other staff members.
- Experience with delivering solutions using a data warehouse platform and processes.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms or an understanding of cloud concepts for data-related services.
