Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our well-established team at our West Ryde service on a Full-Time basis. As an Educator, you will be responsible for facilitating the learning experiences of your allocated group of children and maintaining effective communication with parents throughout the service.

About the Role:
  • Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
  • Be part of a collaborative teaching environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
  • Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
  • Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
About You:
  • You must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Studies.
  • You must have a Current Working with Children Check.
  • You must have Child Protection Training/Certificate.
  • You must have a working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • You must be able to nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation.
  • You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You must hold a First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
