Childcare Teacher Position

We are seeking an exceptional Childcare Teacher to join our boutique childcare centre in Macquarie Park. Our passionate team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to children aged 2-6 years old.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a qualified and experienced Childcare Teacher who can provide high-quality care and education to our children.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, be able to plan and implement engaging learning experiences, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of all children.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress and engage in collaborative goal setting.
Essential Requirements:
  • ACECQA-recognized qualification in early childhood education.
  • Relevant experience in early childhood education.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • Strong understanding of child development.
  • Child Protection qualification (CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025).
  • Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
