Job Title: Support Worker Gold Coast North

">About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing in-home support to individuals living with complex and post-operative care needs, dementia, and cognitive decline.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III Individual/Disability/Aged Support or similar qualification, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with our clients and their families to provide personalized care and support.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming, and eating
  • Assisting with social activities, transportation, and daily tasks such as grocery shopping and household cleaning
  • Supporting clients with complex and challenging needs
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress
">Requirements
  • Certificate III Individual/Disability/Aged Support or similar qualification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/NDIS Orientation module certificate
  • Criminal Police Check less than 3 years
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Reliable and comprehensive insured vehicle
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
