Software Engineer Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have strong object-oriented design skills, with experience in C++ and Python programming languages. They will also possess skills or domain knowledge in autonomous systems, electronic warfare, electronic sensors & sensor integration, messaging protocols, and data exchange.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have prior experience utilising Computer Generated Forces (CGF) simulation applications, including open simulation standards like DIS and HLA. A tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, and/or Electrical Engineering is highly desirable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong object-oriented design skills
  • Experience in C++ and Python programming languages
