Job Title: Software Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions using Guidewire, Java, NodeJS, GraphQL, and Webservices.

  • You will work closely with the development team to implement business requirements and ensure that software solutions meet quality and functionality standards.
  • You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
  • You will collaborate with the technical lead and architect to ensure alignment with technical strategy and best practices.
  • You will develop and maintain technical documentation for code and design changes.
  • You will establish best practices and guidelines for development and mentor junior developers.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have 8+ years' experience in Guidewire, Core Java, REST API technologies.
  • Candidate should have at least 3+ years experience in Guidewire.
  • Candidate should have good P&C insurance experience.
  • Minimum B.E or B. Tech or MCA Guidewire Claim enter v10 Certification.
About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will lead the scrum team consisting of Guidewire development, Tester and BA.
  • They will have experience in Production support and Maintenance project.
  • They will review Jira cards time to time and track for closure.
  • They will support BA and Tester for Elaboration and support technical.
