Product Display Specialist
The Product Display Specialist role is a dynamic position that requires a skilled professional to oversee store operations and product display. This individual will be responsible for receiving, displaying, and merchandising products, as well as managing store staff and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor
- Manage the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted, following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates
- Assist with opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth daily operation
- Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues
- Support the development of all store associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
- Execute the market plan by arranging products and signage according to corporate guidelines, ensuring promotional materials are displayed properly and updated regularly
- Ensure the execution of inventory processes and procedures
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
