Global Client Development Role

We are seeking an experienced client executive to join our team and drive business growth through exceptional client service.

  1. Management of a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on delivering high-quality services and building strong relationships.
  2. Contribution to the growth of the portfolio through strategic planning, identification of opportunities, and effective execution.
  3. Management of administrative responsibilities, including day-to-day queries and policy documentation, to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  4. Enhancement of the client experience through collaboration with colleagues and senior management to develop client servicing solutions.
  5. Identification of revenue enhancement opportunities within designated portfolios and implementation of strategies to achieve growth.
  6. Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, market updates, and new products to inform clients and drive business development.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tier 1 or Diploma qualification in general insurance or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the power, energy, and renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Collaborative approach to working as part of a team, with a willingness to contribute to and support colleagues' goals.
  • Experience supporting senior team members with large corporate clients and contributing to business development initiatives.
