Key Maintenance Position Available

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of plant, equipment, building and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain plant, equipment, building and services to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure up-to-date records of chemicals in use and comply with relevant safety regulations.
  • Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner to provide a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Identify preventative maintenance requirements and complete the necessary works and documentation.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out within legal requirements and documented in the relevant registers.
Requirements:
  • A general knowledge of maintenance or handyman skills is essential.
  • Preferrably, experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A current First Aid & CPR certificate is also required.
