Warehousing Traineeship Role

About the Job

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist Trainee to join our warehouse team in Canning Vale, Perth's Southern region.

  • Key responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting inbound stock, putting stock away in designated locations, conducting regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy, loading and unloading goods using appropriate equipment, picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately, replenishing stock to ensure consistent availability, and preparing and loading vehicles for timely dispatch.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to be a motivated, hard-working individual with the ability to follow instructions and work safely.

  • You will also need to own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's licence. A forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential.
  • BASIC computer skills are required, as well as strong attention to detail, solid numeracy and literacy skills, and a positive attitude.
  • This two-year traineeship provides hands-on experience in warehousing operations and the opportunity to earn a TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to develop practical skills in a supportive, team-based warehouse environment.
