About the PositionThis is a dynamic opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the company's expansion by building strong client relationships, generating leads, and collaborating closely with sales, product and marketing teams to convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify and develop a pipeline of potential customers.
- Engage prospects through outbound outreach, including cold calling, emails, and social media.
- Generate interest in the company's products and schedule sales meetings.
- Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).
- Maintain accurate prospect information and interactions in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven, and eager individual who possesses the necessary experience and skills to excel in this role. Prior experience in the power solutions, renewable energy, or electricity is highly regarded.
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
