Job Description

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the department's property portfolio, including infrastructure services and property leases.

  • Lead a team to oversee the management of infrastructure services, property leases and associated budgets.
  • Develop and manage processes and guidelines that support property and lease management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee negotiation and coordination of office accommodation and maintenance of leased premises.
  • Coordinate and participate in strategic planning for the department's property portfolio.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in property, facilities and/or lease management.
  • Demonstrated highly developed written communication skills with experience in preparing complex agreements and reports.
  • Demonstrated high-level oral and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated high-level conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
