Your Key Responsibilities- Ensure overall management and strategic focus aligns with Compliance and Enforcement Policy, plans, and directions.

- Provide advice on trends, patterns, industry, and consumer behavior, contributing to positions on legislative and policy reform.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
- Demonstrated experience in managing investigations and/or projects, efficient resource allocation, achievement of standards, and delivery of outcomes.
- Ability to undertake objective analysis, draw accurate conclusions, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, communicating complex technical information.
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced organization, guiding and developing staff.
