About the Role

Konekt is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Geraldton. As a Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential through exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  • Perform various assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans to facilitate clients' return to work goals
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
