About the Role

Konekt is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Geraldton.

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
  • Performing a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
