Relocation Specialist

About the Role:

  • Ensure continuity of business operations by facilitating relocation processes and completing all activities and transactions in current locations.
  • Collaborate with on-site facility teams for facility-related operations at VCAT and coordinate move to new location, managing logistical and administrative aspects of transition.
  • Participate in planning and management of relocation activities, coordinate pre-relocation tasks, liaise with removalist contractors, and support inventory process.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including VCAT's members and staff, landlords, moving companies, and other relevant parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities and timelines in dynamic environment.
  • Experience in coordinating office relocations or fit-out projects, including managing logistics, assets, operations, facilities, events, or administrative support.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and support diverse range of stakeholders, experience working in change environment, strong proactive abilities, sound knowledge and application of technology and software applications, exceptional customer focus, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
