Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Operations Manager to manage payroll operations for approximately 5,500 employees across 8 legal entities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee salaries.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective payroll processes and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and finance teams.
  • Identify and resolve complex payroll issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Sound working knowledge of Excel and experience with Ascender Payroll system (desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
