Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to manage our fresh produce department.

About the Role
  • Nurture and drive team performance through exceptional leadership and people management skills, providing coaching and guidance to help employees grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Apply stock management experience with skills in planning, merchandising, and attention to detail, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products and services.
  • Work full-time on an agreed roster across trading hours, including early and late shifts, and alternate weekends, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule.
  • Develop knowledge of daily retail operations, including cash handling, WHS, and Food Safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
