About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on budget and on time, collaborating with strategists, creatives, and media specialists, and maintaining exceptional day-to-day client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Regular communication to provide real-time updates on day-to-day activities, coordinating status meetings, and providing reporting.
  • Program Management: Working with project teams to create supporting project plans, resource plans, and facilitating kick-off meetings.
  • Commercial Management: Creating project estimates, quotes, and statements of work, managing project finance admin, and tracking and reporting on time, cost, and overall budget spend.
  • Marketing Strategy: Taking an interest in client business, industry, and work, sharing relevant information across the team, and understanding program/campaign performance.
  • Business Development: Identifying opportunities for TMP to extend its scope of work within existing projects and working with the Account Director on how to move these forward.
Requirements
  • A project manager with a strong desire to advance in a marketing career.
  • Easy to approach, positive and resilient mindset, effective communication skills, and ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
  • Previous marketing or agency experience, some understanding of different types of marketing campaigns, and experience of managing cross-discipline teams.
