Job Title:

Senior Valuation Analyst Position Available

Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with an experienced and dedicated team within a national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the audit team in reviewing valuations for financial reporting;
  • Conduct real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia, including pre- and post-transaction activities;
  • Work on innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation;
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilized assets and development properties;
  • Investigate and utilize new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients;
  • Provide financial and feasibility modeling assistance on a range of projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets;
  • Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including preparation of business cases and transaction strategies;
  • Provide due diligence services for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across various asset classes;
  • Contribute to thought leadership papers and provide market research and trend analysis.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail;
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes;
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills;
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS.
