As a seasoned professional in real estate valuations and analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of properties.

About The Role
  • This dynamic position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.

A deep understanding of private sector and government valuation processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support audit teams in peer reviewing valuations for financial reporting.
  2. Conduct real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia, including pre- and post-transaction activities.
  3. Develop innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
  4. Prepare valuation assignments for stabilised assets and development properties.
  5. Explore and implement new real estate technology applications to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  6. Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions.
  7. Lead major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business case preparation and property development advisory.
  8. Deliver vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios.
  9. Conduct market research and trend analysis, contributing to thought leadership papers.

Ideally, you will possess professional accreditation as a CPV of the API or MRICS and have demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with excellent report writing and presentation skills.
