Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering data and commercial product strategy for our organization.

This is a full-time position based in North Sydney, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver operational activities and strategic plans.

You will develop commercial strategies, digital expertise, and multi-disciplinary stakeholder management while being responsible for ensuring we are leading the market in digital commercial product and audience offering.

About You

  • Strong Experience: Solid experience at a specialist level or stepping up to specialist level, showcasing your skillset in Digital media and its application to this role.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Natural curiosity, keen interest in tackling new challenges, and an ability for creative problem-solving.
  • Commercial Product Lens: An audience/data background with a commercial product lens, including experience with Adobe and Google products.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience presenting and communicating complex ideas effectively to a range of stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Digital Media Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in Digital media and its applications.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent multi-disciplinary stakeholder management skills.
  • Adobe Products: Experience with Adobe customer data platform (CDP) and other relevant tools.
