International Corporate Immigration Specialist

Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Immigration Consultant to support our international clients and be part of a global team in Australia. This role requires flexibility to shift times and offers a hybrid working model with work from home available.
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support, guiding them through the end-to-end process flow. Prepare and review immigration forms and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Proactively follow defined processes to complete tasks within prescribed timelines and protocols. Ensure clear communications with all stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the whole process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task.
- Be meticulous and detail oriented.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate versatility and agility in adjusting to changes in policy, client expectations, and case volumes.
- A collaborative team player with strong customer service acumen and solid analytical skills.
