**Job Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our corporate immigration team. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential administrative support to Principals and senior staff.
**Role Overview**:
As an Administrative Professional, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate immigration services. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, handling telephone calls, and preparing meeting materials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Diary management for Principals and senior staff
- Handling telephone calls, enquiries, and requests
- Assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up
- Managing mail and coordinating travel arrangements
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum of 3 years word processing experience (75 wpm+)
- Previous experience in a corporate environment or professional services
- Sound understanding of corporate immigration processes and visa categories
- Strong decision-making and autonomy skills
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent client service ethic
- Effective prioritisation and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability to changing workloads and deadlines
- Clear and concise communication skills
**Software Programs Experience:**
You will need advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Leap Migration Manager.
