Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to provide onsite support to adults and children experiencing family violence and need refuge and crisis accommodation.

The primary role of the Support Worker is to undertake tasks that directly support the Case Management team in delivering high-quality, client-centered support to adult and child clients residing in refuge.

About the Role:
  • Work with Case Managers to arrange practical supports for clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Coordinate services and resources to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide support and guidance to clients as needed
