APAC Sales Operations Director

This leadership position oversees Sales Operations for APAC, driving growth and exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to boost pipeline, forecast accuracy, and renewal health.
Responsibilities- Develop a weekly operating cadence that gives stakeholders real-time visibility into key metrics.
- Oversight of annual and quarterly GTM planning, ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
- Partner with RevOps and Data teams to embed AI-powered forecasting and analytics.
- Translate business requirements into scalable enhancements for Salesforce and other tools.
- Represent APAC GTM priorities in executive reviews and decision-making.
- Lead and grow a distributed team of sales-ops professionals across multiple countries.
- 10+ years in GTM/Sales Operations, including 5+ years managing multi-country teams.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and large language models in business processes.
- SUCCESSFULLY owned end-to-end territory & quota design, sales compensation, and forecast governance for high-growth businesses.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Clari (or equivalent), Tableau/Looker, and advanced Excel/SQL; Anaplan a plus.
- Strategic mindset balanced with a bias for action.
- Executive-level communication skills and influencing cross-functional partners.
- Passion for coaching diverse talent and fostering an inclusive culture.
