Senior Director, APAC Sales Operations

We are looking for a Senior Director to lead our APAC Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GTM/Sales Operations and a proven track record of driving business growth through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion business transparency by developing and maintaining clear visibility into pipeline, forecast accuracy, and renewal health.

  • Run world-class planning by owning annual and quarterly GTM planning processes, including capacity models, segmentation, quotas, and compensation design.

  • Unlock insights with AI & BI by partnering with RevOps and Data teams to embed AI-powered forecasting, Clari/SFDC dashboards, and self-service analytics.

  • Elevate tooling & process by translating business requirements into scalable enhancements for Salesforce, Anaplan, CPQ, and our AI-assisted GTM stack.

  • Act as a trusted proxy for the Regional Sales Leader by representing APAC GTM priorities in executive reviews, steering committees, and day-to-day decision-making.

  • Lead & grow the team by inspiring a distributed group of sales-ops professionals across Australia, Japan, India, and Singapore.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM/Sales Operations within high-growth SaaS companies.

  • Proven expertise in leveraging AI and large language models in business processes to drive scale and efficiency.

  • Success in owning end-to-end territory & quota design, sales compensation, and forecast governance for complex businesses.

  • Expertise in Salesforce, Clari (or equivalent), Tableau/Looker, and advanced Excel/SQL skills.

  • Strategic mindset balanced with a bias for action.

  • Executive-level communication skills and influence.

  • Passion for coaching diverse talent and fostering an inclusive culture.
