We seek a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by promoting and selling our products and services
  • Identify and generate client pipelines using strong sales skills
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships

Client Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Performance and Goal Orientation:

  • Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Expand knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products
  • Strive to achieve team and individual metrics contributing to overall success

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry
  • Previous exposure to solid customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable making high outbound calls, and engaging with diverse buyers
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities, proactive problem-solving mindset, and diligent work ethic
  • Proficiency in English and Thai
