The Opportunity

Sales Consultants play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They are responsible for assisting thousands of individuals in becoming faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

This is a highly varied role with two clear objectives - achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through 'best-in-class' customer service. Sales Consultants are experts in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation; providing exceptional service and achieving successful customer outcomes on the reception desk and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to membership growth by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieving required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

About You

You should have the ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals. Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals. Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
