Fitness Sales Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong membership base by providing proactive sales and customer service support to our members. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion, while also ensuring that all interactions with members are of the highest quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and provide solutions to complex problems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns">
• Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities">
• Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities">
• Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members">
• Crafting great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions">
• Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries">
• Opening and closing the club as per the club roster">
• Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey">
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience">

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive remuneration package including a realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super.
