The Role

Our Member Support Professionals play a crucial role in building and maintaining our membership base. They inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us, helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

This role has two clear objectives: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. Member Support Professionals are experts in all things health and fitness, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing outstanding service and achieving successful customer outcomes on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to membership growth using sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending health and fitness solutions that would boost their results and amplify their experience
