Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the oversight of powerline design and installation, working closely with project delivery teams to ensure safe and efficient execution. Your key responsibility will be to provide leadership and oversight across the project while collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversee daily site operations where required.
  • Support the implementation of detailed construction plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure works are executed in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and commercial outcomes, escalating delays or emerging risks.
  • Guide and mentor site-based teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Requirements

Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Supervisor role within electrical or infrastructure sectors is essential. You must have a deep understanding of electrical construction and commissioning principles, including HV/LV, substations, or power distribution.

  • Leading teams and supporting multiple projects simultaneously across diverse locations.
  • Strong commercial, safety, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Trade qualification, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
