We are seeking a talented Visual Content Specialist to conceptualize and create captivating marketing materials that showcase our properties and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing marketing materials and social media graphics that align with our branding guidelines.
- Creating visually appealing property listings and presentations to showcase our properties in the best light possible.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts and strategies to promote our services and listings.
- Ensuring consistency and quality across all design projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus.
