Job Overview

The Air Export Agent plays a pivotal role in facilitating compliant and efficient shipments. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure seamless customer interactions and documentation processes.

  • Effective communication with clients to guarantee timely and accurate shipment processes.
  • Adherence to internal standards for timely and compliant documentations.
  • Building strong partnerships with Service Providers to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in air export freight forwarding (ocean experience is an asset).
  • Industry certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Fundamental mathematical knowledge covering exchange rates, foreign currency, and general ledger codes.
