Job Title:

We are seeking a professional to lead the Accounts Receivable and Cash Management team.

This role involves managing service level agreements, performance targets, and building team capability across the ASPAC region.

The successful candidate will work closely with AR/Cash Specialists to roll out training and best practices, develop and promote efficient service delivery while maintaining high levels of service and customer data integrity.

The Team Leader will manage AR operations within established policies, ensuring compliance with all statutory and audit requirements. They will establish and maintain strong operational relationships with key stakeholders, conduct periodic operational reviews and reports, and identify and develop continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in leading teams to deliver against strategic objectives. You will also possess a fundamental understanding of Accounts Receivables, prior experience working with offshore teams, and a strong understanding of customers' needs and behaviours.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential to build effective working relationships, and a continuous improvement mindset is highly desirable.
