As the Treasury Operations Manager, you will oversee the organization's cash management activities, focusing on effective financial resource allocation, risk mitigation and strategic decision-making. This role supports executive-level financial decisions through precise forecasting, liquidity planning and maintaining strong relationships with financial partners.

Treasury Operations Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity across business units.
  • Lead short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and analysis.
  • Negotiate banking relationships and terms for credit facilities.
  • Ensure facility utilization aligns with business objectives.
  • Administer corporate cash management systems and electronic payment platforms.
Financial Management & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and controls.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data and key performance indicators.
  • Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Monitor and manage interest rate, foreign exchange and other financial risks.
  • Comply with relevant financial regulations, audit requirements and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Finance and Executive teams.
  • Supervise and mentor any finance or operations support staff.
  • Partner with external advisors, banks and auditors as required.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • Strong experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably in retail or consumer goods industries.
  • Experience with financial management systems (FMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical, modeling and forecasting skills, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, a high level of integrity, attention to detail and commercial acumen.
