Job Overview

As a Cash Office Specialist, you will be responsible for managing cash handling, accounting, and personnel requirements in a secure, accurate, and timely manner. Your primary goal will be to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cash handling tasks with utmost care and precision.
  • Monitor and prevent administration mistakes and cash losses by implementing effective controls.
  • Train and educate staff on best practices for cash handling and customer service.
  • Assist in daily store operations, including processing deliveries, fitting room duties, and serving customers at tills.
  • Support the implementation of our Hello Member program, aligning with country and store goals.
  • Promote exceptional customer service experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Fundamental computer skills are necessary.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Friendly, approachable, and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
