About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a talented data professional to lead a team of analysts, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver data models, dashboards, and reports that inform strategic decision-making.
- Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and operations teams to centralise and manage large, complex datasets.
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Analyst in logistics, transport, supply chain, or a similar data-rich environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with large datasets, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data warehouses.
- Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and analytics best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with previous experience mentoring or managing analysts.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement of data processes, governance, and analytical methodologies. You will champion the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organisation, leading to significant business value.
