This role is perfect for a professional chef who wants to take their skills to the next level and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences. As a Regional Relief Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals and snacks in line with our food services program.

  • Food safety supervisory certification essential
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care or similar settings
About This Role:

You will oversee the creation and delivery of meals and events, ensuring detailed compliance with our food safety program. Your culinary expertise will enable you to create menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
