Product Designer Role

We are seeking experienced product designers to join our team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of user experience through design.

  • Lead and own design projects defining end-to-end user flows and screens based on requirements for product designers and their cross-functional teams to deliver.
  • Own the design for various domains within the organization, iterating on and improving existing experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and subject matter experts to define the problem space and align on solutions.
  • Engage with internal colleagues and customers to validate designs and ensure they are user-friendly, fit for market, and reduce operational risk.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively, using visuals and storytelling to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.

Our ideal candidate has expertise in UX and UI design, with a keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout. Experience designing for complex systems is required.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working as a senior product designer, ideally in complex industries such as banking or finance.
  • Strong UX and UI skills, with good taste and knowledge of creating polished, high-quality work.
  • Experience designing for complex systems, where multiple user types and workflows need to be considered.
  • A natural ability to communicate, aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive great design outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design tools and familiarity with design systems, ensuring scalable and maintainable designs.
