Creative Design Lead – Sydney, NSW
Up to $160k + Super
Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you can shape creative direction while still staying hands-on?
This growing agency is looking for a Creative Design Lead to guide their talented team and deliver standout design solutions for a wide mix of clients.
You'll set high design standards, mentor and inspire designers, and collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to bring bold ideas to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact both on the work produced and the future growth of the studio.
What you'll do:
Lead creative direction across digital and design projects
Mentor and support a collaborative design team
Manage the full design process, from concept to delivery
Partner with clients and internal teams to align on goals
Enhance workflows, tools, and QA standards
What you'll bring:
Proven design leadership experience (agency or studio)
Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of UX/UI and design best practice
A creative eye with the ability to inspire others
Strong communication and project management skills
