Senior School Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional Senior School Leader to join our school community and contribute to its growth and development.

  • To provide strategic leadership and support to the Principal and senior team in delivering high-quality learning and teaching within the school.
  • To drive academic excellence and embed a Catholic worldview throughout the community.

This rewarding opportunity serves as instrumental support to the Principal in all areas including:

  • Leading Pedagogy: Focus on equipping students with core academic skills and building their core values and personal qualities through effective pedagogical practices.
  • Catholic Culture: Empower staff, students and parents to actively engage with the school community through strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Leading Self & Others: Be an active and leading part of a high-performing Senior Leadership team, promoting transparency, integrity and self-awareness throughout the organization.
  • Stewardship: Work collaboratively with teachers, students and families to grow student learning and development in thriving communities through shared vision and goals.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across the school community.
  • Evidence of pedagogical leadership, knowledge of curriculum and contemporary approaches to learning.
  • Experience leading teams to improve student performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the growth and wellbeing of students and staff, and build partnerships with parents.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning and formation for self and others.

Qualifications and accreditations include:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or Masters in Leadership, Religion, Theology or a relevant educational field.
  • Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance.
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
