About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering essential services to elderly, frail, or disabled individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry services to ensure the homes of our clients remain clean and conducive to their independence.
  • Work independently in the community, collaborating closely with consumers, their families, and other health professionals to deliver responsive services.
  • Must have a current driver's licence and willingness to drive, including access to a reliable, registered, and insured motor vehicle.

Requirements
  • DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position
