We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

The role involves both workshop and field duties to ensure customer systems operate efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing pumps and associated equipment, inspecting and testing products prior to dispatch, providing technical support and onsite maintenance, and assisting customers with understanding improvements and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean, strip, service, and repair pumps and associated equipment.
  • Inspect and test products prior to dispatch to customers.
  • Provide technical support, onsite maintenance, and emergency repairs.
  • Assist customers with understanding improvements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate service reports and ensure compliance with quality assurance and EHS standards.
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience is desired.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • MR License or willingness to obtain.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Safety conscious – commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Continuous improvement mentality – proactive approach to enhancing processes.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Perth Region.
