The Financial Stock Management Specialist role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify and enter stock receipts onto systems.
- Confirm delivered quantities for previous day's deliveries.
- Process stock adjustments onto systems.
- Reconcile daily bulk stocks and investigate discrepancies.
- Balance miscellaneous stock reconciliation.
- Develop processes for continuous improvement and ensure sufficient controls are always in place.
- Experience working in large transactional volumes.
- Excellent understanding of all functional aspects of stock management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and ERP systems.
- Monday-Friday shifts between 7:30-17:30 (37.5 hours per week).
- 25 days holiday plus.
