At Novatech Creative Event Technology, we're seeking a talented Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging digital content that showcases our brand's essence and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting Captivating Content: Develop compelling digital content and copywriting for our social media and marketing campaigns, ensuring each piece captures our brand's unique voice and style.
  • Designing Strategic Social Media Schedules: Create and manage social media schedules packed with creative posts, reels, and stories that grab attention and drive engagement across all platforms.
  • Capturing the Magic of Our Events: Use your photography and videography skills to capture and showcase the excitement and professionalism of our live events and internal operations.
  • Leading Website Content Creation: Generate compelling copywriting content for our website, including visually striking case studies, to highlight our achievements and innovations.
  • Creating Stunning Graphics: Design eye-catching graphics for various projects, from advertisements and web banners to internal event posters, email signatures, and more.
  • Collaborating and Innovating: Work closely with our marketing and production teams to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our digital marketing efforts and keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience in Digital Content Creation: Demonstrated experience in creating digital content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms. A portfolio showcasing previous work is highly desirable.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Ability to create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs.
  • Photography and Videography Skills: Experience in capturing high-quality photos and videos, as well as proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Creative and Innovative Mindset: A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Trends: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Ability to adapt strategies to stay ahead of industry changes.
