Key Responsibilities- Update and manage website content in collaboration with internal teams.
- Add products to the eCommerce site and handle stakeholder approvals.
- Ensure accurate product information across eCommerce channels.
- Work with stakeholders to integrate systems for a smooth UX and CX.
- Create landing pages for promotional campaigns with Merchandise, Procurement, Marketing, and Digital teams.
- Improve UI, UX, and CX through ongoing website development.
- Create new pages and navigation options within platform constraints.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity for improvement opportunities.
- Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing digital platforms and systems.
The successful candidate will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, be energetic, and provide exceptional results in the digital space. Previous website administration, content management, and image editing experience is essential to be successful in this role. Experience and knowledge of digital project management tools and user experience principles will be highly regarded.
