Key Responsibilities- Update and manage website content in collaboration with internal teams.
- Add products to the eCommerce site and handle stakeholder approvals.
- Ensure accurate product information across eCommerce channels.
- Work with stakeholders to integrate systems for a smooth UX and CX.
- Create landing pages for promotional campaigns with Merchandise, Procurement, Marketing, and Digital teams.
- Improve UI, UX, and CX through ongoing website development.
- Create new pages and navigation options within platform constraints.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity for improvement opportunities.
- Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing digital platforms and systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital content management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in the digital space.
Previous experience in website administration, content management, and image editing is essential, particularly with Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of digital project management tools and user experience principles is highly regarded.
