Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to spearhead the development of our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role in shaping the user experience of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify customer needs and develop prototypes to test and refine solutions.

  • Create design artefacts, including user journeys, screen workflows, and UX analysis to detailed wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

  • Develop comprehensive user journeys and information architecture using storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional product development teams to ensure alignment with customer and business priorities.

  • Design and evolve design mock-ups efficiently and to the appropriate level of fidelity.

  • Identify opportunities for improving UX/UI across products and collaborate with relevant areas of the business to assess feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer.

  • Hold 1+ year of team leadership or management experience.

  • Have technology and/or health industry experience.

  • Be familiar with Jira and Confluence tools.
